Age Discrimination Suit Settles for $773,000

Lockheed Martin Corporation recently settled for $773,000 in an age discrimination case involving eight former employees.  All employees were between the ages of 47 and 65 years old when they were fired.  After a voluntary settlement was not reached between the company and the employees, the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) filed suit.
